What you'll do
You will be responsible for the contact with users who request a specific service (after 48 hours) or resume contact with previous users.
You need to understand the real needs of users, confirm company data and pass user contacts to suppliers.

Who we're looking for
Native or Fluent Italian Fluent in English (mandatory)
Previous experience in contact center (preferable)

What we offer
Base salary 950 (per month)
Bonus 100 (100% objetives)
Meal Allowance 7,80 (meal card)
Transport Allowance 20 (per month in a card - tax free!)
Direct contract with the client
